We offer a 5000 square feet event space with lots of parking for your events. The capacity is up to 100 people. We have one restroom. If you will have more than 50 people a second mobile honey bucket type is needed. The address is 27705 Dutcher Creek Avenue, 95425 Cloverdale .
We want you to have a great time and therefore offer that you can decorate it as you like. Our space is cleared for your use and you can bring tables, chairs, balloons, wall decorations, etc. just as you like. You can also bring playhouses for the children
The cost is $50 per hour for your event. We will require a $100 cleaning deposit and we require that you get event insurance which typically is around $1 per person.
Please call us on 707 894 5992 or visit us in the Farm Yard Feed store. We will need to sign a rental agreement to reserve the space for you. We have documents ready to make it easy for you.
Things change and you may need to cancel. That's all right - we just need to know minimum 72 hours before the event
We will make sure the space is clean and ready for you to use on the day of your agreement. we ask that you return the space in the same condition. we have dumpsters for recycling and trash you can use.
